As part of the community outreach project, a few youths from Merlewood generously treated gr R pupils to some goodies last week.
Merlewood Primary is extremely saddened by the tragic accident involving some pupils from local schools last week.

Two gr 7 pupils were injured in the accident and Mluleki Shabane (who sustained serious internal injuries) and Awethu Shabane are wished a speedy recovery.
Gr 3 pupil Ayanda Madoda Dlamini, who was involved in a separate car accident is also wished a speedy recovery.
Admissions for 2020 is open and prospective parents are invited to submit applications as soon as possible.
