A MAN, aged 61, was shot dead in a house robbery in Malangeni recently.
He had been at home with his wife, aged 58, when two armed men entered the house at about 8.15pm, demanding firearms and cash.

Both were shot.
“The woman was dragged to the safe and forced to open it,” said Scottburgh Saps communications officer, Captain Adam Francis.
After access to the safe was gained, the men fled with two firearms and cash.
Paramedics declared the man dead while his wife, who had been shot in the stomach, was taken to GJ Crookes Hospital.
