DOUBLE murder accused Shaylin Ganesh’s latest appearance in the Scottburgh Magistrate’s Court again attracted a full gallery of spectators.

Ganesh is accused of murdering well-known Umkomaas couple, 78-year-old Sathiaseelan Pillay and his 74-year-old wife, Chinnama in their Palm Road, Willowglen home on August 1.
The pair was assaulted with a hammer and Mrs Pillay was also strangled.
Both died at the scene.
“The suspect fled in the couple’s vehicle and was later arrested on the N2 freeway,” said provincial Saps communications officer, Colonel Thembeka Mbele.
The case was postponed to today, September 6.
