Ten gr 3 Port Shepstone Junior Primary pupils were accompanied by deputy principal Kerry Peyper and gr 3 teachers Zama Mkhize and Joyleen Forbes to take part in the #HealAfrica campaign organised by past pupil Phumelele Bohlela, a social entrepreneur representing Phinda Vele.

A march around Port Shepstone and a prayer was held, calling upon the community to join in raising their voices and speaking out as one to stop violence and abuse against women and children and to ‘Heal Our Africa’.
The group then picked up all the litter and cleaned Settlers Park.
