Khanya Hospice aims to educate

This course is open to the public.

KHANYA Hospice’s nursing manager, Sister Sue van Rijsbergen, will present a one-day “end of life care” course on October 31.

This course is open to the public and takes place at Khanya Hospice, 7 Winder Street, Umkomaas, starting at 8am.

The cost is R300 per person, and certificates of attendance will be presented.

“This promises to be a very interesting course and has been requested by several people who care for terminally ill patients and are not sure of the correct procedure,” said CEO of Khanya Hospice, Neil McDonald.
