Carols by Candlelight

The Zion Tabernacle Church in Port Shepstone will be holding two Carols by Candlelight services – called ‘Christ is the light of the world’ – this holiday season.

The first one will be held at Lot 7 in Fynn Land, situated in Pelican Road in Albersville, this Saturday, December 14 at 6pm. The second service will be held at Merlewood Playground, this Sunday, December 15 at 4pm. Bring your family and friends and rejoice in the spirit of Christmas. Jessie Dicken, who was instrumental in establishing the services in the area back in 2011, said the church would welcome any donations, such as sweets to give to the children and non-perishable food items for the needy.

There will also be a tree of remembrance, where visitors can write a message for their loved ones, and hang it on the tree. Contact her at 073 6459494 or Pastor Kevin Smithwick at 083 4900702.
