Johnny Grove heads Sheppie Round Table
The new chairman undertook to start every project with a positive attitude and provide encouragement to benefit not only the organisation but the community as a whole.
This year’s Port Shepstone Round Table annual induction dinner at the Shelly Beach Ski-boat Club was nothing short of glamorous.
Incoming chairman, Johnny Grove is taking over from Lourens Kruger , who was thanked for a year of dedicated service and inspirational leadership.

In his report, Mr Kruger summarised all the charity work the Tablers and their wives had carried out during the past year. He wished Mr Grove all the best for the coming year.
“Johnny comes with a wealth of Round Table experience and wisdom for the club to draw on. I hand him the reinns of a Table that is in a strong position, made up of fantastic young men,” he said.
Mr Grove thanked Mr Kruger for his service and leadership of Port Shepstone Round Table. “Tablers spend many hours planning projects and aiding the community. They are all family men who give of family time for fund-raising activities,” he said.

Members rededicated themselves to service to their community for the coming year, inspired by Mr Grove’s vision and plans for the club.
