UPDATE: Body found near Port Shepstone’s Mzimkhulu River bridge
A post-mortem will be done to establish cause of death.
Friday, February 21
Police have confirmed the body of an unknown man of about 25 years of age was found by a member of the public near the mouth of the Mzimkhulu River on Thursday, February 20 at about 12.30pm.
Paramedics on the scene certified the man as deceased. The body was taken to the Port Shepstone government mortuary for a post-mortem examination to establish the cause of death.
Port Shepstone SAPS has opened an inquest case for investigation.
