On the South Coast, this international event, now in its 90th year, will be hosted by the Alfred County Uniting Presbyterian Church (ACUPC) in Port Shepstone on Friday, March 6.

The official function will start at 10am, but it’s advised to get there early so secure a parking and not miss out on what’s on offer.

The dedicated organising committee met recently, giving up a Saturday, to attend the inaugural meeting in preparation for the main event.

Their attendance and input was much appreciated by the Presbyterian Church organisers who look forward to their presence at the follow-up meetings.

The programme, with the theme ‘Rise! Take Your Mat and Walk’ has been designed by the Zimbabwean Committee and this year there will be prayer specifically for Zimbabwe.
