Motorist crashes into barrier on South Coast highway

A motorist escaped with only minor injuries after losing control of the vehicle and colliding with a barrier on the N2 highway at Ifafa on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal yesterday afternoon.

Kwazulu Private Ambulance Service responded to the incident.

“When emergency services arrived they found that a vehicle had lost control and collided with a barrier. Paramedics quickly assessed the scene and found that a single occupant had sustained minor injuries,” said spokesman Craig Botha.

The patient was treated on scene and transported to hospital for further treatment.
