UPDATE: 13 new confirmed Covid-19 cases in Ugu District
The death rate remains at 4 and the recovery rate at 24 in the area.
As of today, Friday, June 26, KwaZulu-Natal has 6 590 confirmed Covid-19 cases, according to the department of health.
Of these, 3 287 are active with 516 new cases confirmed today.
Some 106 people have died from the disease.
The recovery rate is 3 197.
The total number of screenings done is 6 830 853 and 114 107 tests have been conducted.
