UPDATE: Confirmed Covid-19 cases jump to 875 in Ugu District

Two more people have died from the disease, bringing the total deaths in the district to 10.

As of today, Monday, July 13,  KwaZulu-Natal has 25 572 confirmed Covid-19 cases, according to the Department of Health.

Of these, 17 765 are active with 1 863 new cases confirmed today.

Some 286 people have died from the disease in the province.

The recovery rate is 7 521.

The total number of screenings done is 8 292 410 and 154 738 tests have been conducted.
