Knifeman attacks two women exercising at Umtentweni beach
According to police, both were injured.
A man armed with a knife attacked two women at Umtentweni beach today (Thursday) at about 7am.

“The man attacked both of them, injuring them in the upper body,” said police spokesman, Sergeant Sibu Ncane.
According to Sgt Ncane, the women managed to rush home and seek medical attention .
The suspect fled.
Police searched the area but were unable to locate the perpetrator.
