Spin and bench press for charity this Saturday

There are prizes to be won and refreshments will be on sale.

Superbodies Margate is holding a spin-a-thon challenge and bench press competition this Saturday, October 31.

The spin-a-thon, which will start at 8am, is to raise funds for Pro Deo Care Group, a charity which renders home-based care for the frail and for cancer patients.

Teams of six people are welcome to enter.

The bench press competition will be at 10am.

There are prizes to be won and refreshments will be on sale.
