Help a needy family this Christmas
Donations of pre-packed Christmas hampers, or loose food items, cash, furniture, bedding and clothing will be gratefully accepted.
X Mbutho Foundation is putting together Christmas hampers for underprivileged people in Park Rynie and surrounding areas, but needs assistance from the community in order to distribute more hampers this year.
Founder of the organisation, Xolani Mbutho, explained that the hampers would help many families, especially those who have faced hardship through not receiving an income during the lockdown period.
“We want to be able to provide for people and give them hope that things are going to be okay,” said Xolani.
“There are people locally who have no food at all and we want to change that.”
Donations of pre-packed Christmas hampers, or loose food items, cash, furniture, bedding and clothing will be gratefully accepted.
“The little we do for people will eventually go a long way and the aim is to just better as many lives possible,” he said.
