Port Edward set to bloom with clivia, plant and craft market

Breeding clivias became widespread and many varieties of blooms and foliage have been created.

Plant lovers, gardening enthusiasts and craft shoppers are invited to the Clivia, Plant and Craft Market at the Methodist Church Hall in Port Edward on October 3.

The market will run from 08:00 to 13:00. It offers visitors a chance to browse a variety of plants, clivias, handmade crafts, homemade food and gifts while supporting local growers and crafters.

A special highlight of the morning will be a free talk on the hybridisation of amaryllis and clivia at 11:00.

For more information or to enquire about becoming a vendor, contact Martin van Zyl on 083-937-5216.
