Truck looted on Sugar Bush hill

It's unclear why the truck had come to a stop on the infamous hill.

There were chaotic scenes earlier today when a truck  was looted on Sugar Bush hill in Bhobhoyi, inland of Port Shepstone.

It seems the vehicle had come to a stop – either broken down or been ‘overpowered’ by looters while it crawled up the steep hill.

However. the exact cause could not be confirmed at this stage.

Before any traffic or law enforcement authorities could reach the scene, it had been mostly looted of its load, which included baked beans.
