Police request the assistance of the public in locating Sibongiseni Goodenough Mbewa (33) of Betania.
A fraud case is currently under investigation where cash was withdrawn from the account of a complaint without his authorisation during September 2019.
A warrant of arrest has been issued for the sought person.
