Saps bids senior manager a fond farewell
Many describe her as a warm person, with a wonderful personality.
Yet another member of the Port Shepstone Saps is retiring at the end of the month.
Lieutenant Colonel Elizabeth Venter, fondly called Lizette, undoubtedly served in every way, providing 26 years of devoted service to the organisation mandated to serve and protect.
She was regarded as a person who always did more than was required of her.
Lt-Col Venter enrolled in 1994 in Pretoria and worked in a number of environments, however, human resources was her forté.
Many describe her as a warm person, with a wonderful personality.
She is a loving wife and supermom to only daughter, Britani.
Lt-Col Venter has a passion for all animals and strongly advocates on their behalf.
No doubt she will become more actively involved in such endeavours in the future.
She has always been health conscious and this is also evident by her small frame and brisk step.
Saps wishes her continuous health and happiness in her retirement.
