Nine people injured in Port Edward accident

A small truck and a car collided.

Nine people sustained injuries, ranging from minor to serious, in an accident on the R61 in Port Edward on Monday evening.
 
Craig Botha of Kwa-Zulu Private Ambulance Service reported that when emergency services arrived they found that a small truck and car had collided.
 
The patients were treated on scene before being transported to hospital.
