Drugs recovered and arrests made in Margate

The three suspects are due to appear in the Ramsgate Magistrate's Court soon. 

Three men aged between 22 and 32 years of age were found to be dealing in drugs.

This come after Margate Rapid Response team members at Saps Margate was conducting stop and search duties at Margate Taxi rank yesterday (Thursday) at about 8am.

They were arrested and charged for dealing in drugs. Police spokesman Sibu Ncane said the cash was also confiscated by the police.

The three suspects are due to appear in the Ramsgate Magistrate’s Court soon.
