Creston’s Grade 1s donate food to SPCA

Also, Kira Attfield in Grade 11 and Tatum Krishna in Grade 7 have travelled to Chomutov, Czech Republic to dance in the IDO Disco World Championships.

The Grade 1 classes from Creston College spent a wonderful morning at the Lower South Coast SPCA learning about how to care for pets.

They were lucky enough to spend time playing with the puppies and cats.

They also took dog and cat food for the animals at the SPCA and piggy banks that were filled to the top.

The KZN Schools Hockey capping ceremony took place at Reddam, Umhlanga. Congratulations to Luzuko Pangwa, Mihlali Hlomza, Zaiah Dennis, Lily Currie and Luyanda Ngidi on receiving their KZN colours.

Kira Attfield in Grade 11 and Tatum Krishna in Grade 7 have travelled to Chomutov, Czech Republic to dance in the IDO Disco World Championships as part of the South African dance team.

Kate Chivers, in Grade 5 has been chosen as the winner for her singing in the KZN schools’ Con Spirito competition and will be going to Gauteng in September to participate in the National Forte round, where she will compete with other provincial winners.
