“I’m the connection between our customers and the workshop. My role is to ensure every vehicle receives the care it needs while keeping customers’ informed and confident throughout the process. I aim to make every experience smooth and stress-free.”
Benjamin Dukharan heads up the parts department in Port Shepstone. “Suzuki offers competitive pricing on auto parts, accessories and lubricants which makes them accessible to a wider market. The benefit is that these are specifically designed by Original Equipment Manufacturer for Suzuki. Parts also carry a manufacturer’s warranty.”
Leading the technical side is Freedom Dlamini, a qualified technician, also at Port Shepstone. With more than five years of experience, he simple loves working on Suzuki vehicles. “Suzuki vehicles are known for their practical, straightforward design and durability, which can make them easier to diagnose and repair compared to more complex vehicles.”
