A man who was found dead at Ifafa Beach on January 18 was identified as Victor Basil Brooks (76).
Members of Saps Hibberdene responded to the scene at Ifafa Beach near Mtwalume River, where Brooks’ body was found.
It is alleged he drowned.
An inquest was opened for investigation at Saps Hibberdene.
