Suspicious activity leads to arrests

Two men, aged 35 and 42, were arrested.

On receiving a report of suspicious activity, members of Saps Port Edward and security personnel proceeded to Milford Avenue in Port Edward on January 18.

Police found two men in possession of a white Ford Figo for which they could not produce documentation.

The vehicle was stolen in Witbank earlier this month.

The men, aged 35 and 42, were arrested and charged for possession of a suspected stolen vehicle.

The vehicle was towed to the Saps pound by the vehicle crime investigation unit for further enquiries.
