Remembrance Day (sometimes known informally as Poppy Day) is a memorial day observed in the Commonwealth of Nations member states since the end of the First World War to remember the members of their armed forces who died in the line of duty.
Remembrance Day is observed on November 11 in most countries to recall the end of hostilities in World War I on that date in 1918.
The fallen will be remembered in grand style at Rough But Ready Shellhole at Mbango Valley this Sunday, November 10 at 09:00.
All are invited to attend the ceremony.
