Umdoni streetlights undergo maintenance
The municipality aims to attend to streetlights in all wards soon.
The programme for streetlight maintenance is currently underway in various urban parts of Umdoni.
Work is being undertaken on numerous streets to ensure all streetlights are up and running and in good working condition for the benefit of residents, motorists and pedestrians.
A week ago, teams worked in Rocky Bay, the caravan park, Scottburgh CBD and Scottburgh South areas to bring all non-functioning streetlights back to life.
In Scottburgh South, streetlights on Aubrey Street, Ashley Street, Minerva Avenue, Marion Street and Davallen Street were recently repaired.
