Hindu camp aims to unite

The camp is for children, aged seven to 18.

Traditional games, cultural quizzes and yoga will be some of the activities at the Hindu Heritage Camp at the Arya Samaj Hall on Andreasen Street in Port Shepstone this Sunday (8th) from 09:30 to 14:30.

It’s targeted at the youth, with the aim to unite and strengthen the Hindu community while promoting ideals and spiritual values.

The camp is for children aged seven to 18. The dress code is an orange T-shirt and black pants.

Registration is free; however, pre-registration had to be done by Thursday.

Lunch will be provided.

A certificate will be presented to each child taking part.
