Law Enforcement and Road Traffic Inspectorate arrived at the scene. See the FULL story in today's South Coast Herald.

After nearly knocking over pedestrians, security officers had to forcefully stop an intoxicated driver in a Ray Nkonyeni Municipality vehicle.
Quick acting Lazer 911 officer Winston Lemon and other Lazer 911 teams were instrumental in pulling over the drunk driver who was behind the wheel of a clearly marked ‘education and waste’ municipal vehicle on Tuesday, April 22 just after 19:15.
