Good vibes at Tweni walk
The walk was attended by kids, moms with prams, teens, families, kiddos cycling, and people of all ages and just enjoying themselves.
The first Local Loop: Vibe and Stride which took place from the Port Shepstone Country Club in Tweni last Saturday was a resounding success.
Organiser Hayley Anderson said that the walk was honestly more than what she expected, with a great turnout, perfect weather and good vibes.
“I met people I’ve somehow never seen before, despite living in Tweni most of my life. The feedback has been awesome, and I have got a few fun ideas brewing for future walks.”

The walk was attended by kids, moms with prams, teens, families, kiddos cycling, and people of all ages just enjoying themselves.
“Even the dogs on leashes were living their best lives. That’s exactly what I was hoping for, an all-inclusive, ‘do-you’ walk, and that’s exactly what it turned out to be.”
Anderson added that Lazer 911 made the whole walk flow so smoothly by being at every corner, which really helped keep things easy.

“A few folks suggested an earlier start, so I ran a poll, and 08:00 came out on top, so that’s our new time from the Port Shepstone Country Club this Saturday (24th).”
She said she has a good feeling this could grow into something really awesome and ongoing for the community and cannot wait for the next one.
