Car crashes into house in Marburg – three injured
One patient sustained critical injuries, while two others were seriously injured.
Three people were hospitalised after a vehicle crashed into a house on Sugarmill Road in Marburg earlier this morning.
It’s alleged the driver of the vehicle lost control and veered off the road, rolling down an embankment before crashing into the property.
KwaZulu Private Ambulance Service paramedics responded swiftly to the scene. One patient was found to have sustained critical injuries, while two others suffered serious injuries.
Paramedics provided immediate on-site medical attention before transporting all three patients to a nearby hospital for further treatment and stabilisation.
While the house sustained damage, no occupants were injured.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the accident.
