Emergency teams acted swiftly to contain a fire in the Port Shepstone CBD, preventing it from spreading to nearby buildings.

Emergency services worked tirelessly on Saturday to contain and extinguish a blaze after a fire broke out at one of the shops in the Port Shepstone Central Business District.

No injuries have been reported at this stage.
