BRONWYN TANNER – Tuning In: Pennington house fire victims need help
Community news and events for the mid-South Coast.
A house in Pennington caught fire on Sunday night. A message on the local community chat said that parts of the house are completely gone and other sections are ruined due to smoke and soot.
The following items are needed to help the family: women’s clothes (32/34 bottoms, large tops); children’s clothes (little girl is about 10 and little boy is about 13); all things kitchen; linen and groceries (none perishable maybe a good idea until they know where they will be long term).
If you’d like to help with vouchers for food stores or home stores, or anything you have lying around is helpful at this point.
They have been given toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap and some other toiletries, towels and some other bits and bobs like hair clips etc. which were super helpful. Contact 072 4713246 if you can help.
