Lions’ night market in Port Shepstone draws support despite challenges

The monthly Lions’ Night Market took place recently. Denis Meyer of Sheppie Lions said the event was fairly well supported despite the hot and humid conditions, and the poor condition of the main road to Port Shepstone Country Club.

“We are grateful to the 15 stallholders who took part, as well as everyone who came along to enjoy the evening with us. Huge appreciation to Peter Barker for his excellent live music and to Port Shepstone Country Club for allowing the use of their main car park area for the event.”

Meyer thanked everyone for the support, as they managed to raise significant funds for charity.

The next night market is on March 6 at 17:00.
