Promotions for Ugu Distict police officers

After an intense selection process, the most qualified and deserving men and women in blue from the Ugu District were promoted recently.

Acting Ugu District Commissioner Brigadier Anton Kapp had the honour together with Port Shepstone Saps station commander Brigadier Nonhlanhla Dhamuka of conferring new ranks on the promoted police members.

Kapp reiterated the seriousness of the new ranks which will mean more responsibility and accountability for the members.

He used the occasion to congratulate all on their promotions and wished them well for the rest of their Saps journeys.
