Music and more at CPF fundraiser in Ramsgate this Saturday

Proceeds will go towards supporting Uvongo CPF’s ongoing efforts to enhance safety and security in the community.

The Uvongo Community Police Forum is inviting residents to come out in full support of community safety at its upcoming fundraiser – Beats, Burgers and Blue Lights set to take place this Saturday (March 21).

The family-friendly event will be hosted at Rocky Ridge Pub and Music Venue in Ramsgate from 15:00 to 19:30, promising an afternoon and evening filled with live entertainment, good food and activities for all ages.

Music lovers can look forward to performances by talented local artists, including Thembi Rooted, Ricky Zuma, Gabriela Konrad and The Gentry, who will keep the crowd entertained.

Adding a unique twist to the programme, Fire Performers SA will bring some heat to the event with an interactive element. A free beginner flow arts session will take place from 17:00 where attendees can learn basic skills such as poi spinning and staff handling using safe practice props. This will be followed by a live fire performance.

In addition to the live music and fire displays, there will be children’s entertainment, face painting, a visit from the Easter Bunny and a variety of food stalls offering delicious treats.
