Beware of fake Saps job adverts online

Vacancies will only be advertised on the official Saps website.

The public is cautioned about misleading posts and fake news making the rounds regarding vacancies and learnership opportunities in the police service.

These advertisements have been seen on various online platforms.

The public is reminded that Saps will only advertise vacancies on its official website, which is www.saps.gov.za

People are urged not to share or forward such fake posts or links, as this may contribute to fraudulent activities.

Furthermore, Saps will never request any form of payment at any stage of a recruitment process. Any request for payment should be treated as fraudulent, and reported.

Police encourage the public to remain vigilant and to rely only on Saps official communication platforms, including verified social media pages for all vacancy announcements.
