The organisers extended heartfelt thanks to all sponsors and contributors who played a role in the day’s success.

The inaugural ScottFest 2026, held recently at Scottburgh Country Club, proved to be a vibrant celebration of community, culture and sport.

The festival drew over 2 000 attendees, bringing together families, youth, and local businesses in a powerful display of unity and joy.

The day was filled with excitement as soccer, volleyball and thunee teams travelled from near and far to compete.

In the soccer tournament, Lighthouse Family Church emerged victorious, with Sunday Social finishing as runners-up.

The volleyball competition saw Magnum Predators claim the top spot, followed by Warriors in second place.

Vendors and food stalls were kept busy throughout the day, offering a wide variety of goods and delicious cuisine that left festivalgoers thoroughly satisfied.

Adding to the atmosphere was a lively car show and shine, complete with a sound-off competition that drew enthusiastic crowds and created an electric vibe.

Entertainment was in no short supply, with charismatic MC Dave Guselli keeping the crowd engaged throughout the day.

Spectators were also treated to captivating performances by the talented dancers from the Mid-South Coast Dance Academy.

The organising team has expressed its commitment to growth, excellence, and delivering an even more impactful event in the years to come.
