Marsec excels at debate competition
Two learners placed in the top five, Kayleigh Singh in fourth place and Avuyile Mjomeni in second.
Marburg Secondary school recently participated in a Junior Commissioners Debate held at the Port Shepstone police station.
Macaela Manikkam, an English educator at the school was tasked with preparing the participants and accompanying the learners to the contest.
Two learners placed in the top five, with Kayleigh Singh in fourth place and Avuyile Mjomeni taking second place.
The principal, Collin Govender, congratulated the two young ladies, as well as Manikkam for their achievements in the contest.
