Izotsha learners show creativity
The schools prefects and house captains were also recently elected.
Despite the extreme heat last week, the full sports programme at Izotsha Primary went ahead, and was enthusiastically supported by learners.
The prefects and house captains were announced at assembly, and the prefects collectively read the Prefects’ Pledge in front of the entire school.
The house captains are: Erin Moonsamy and Callum Heydricks (Jaguar), Owam Sikutshwa and Zyev Mahadev (Leopard) and Isabelle Burton and Brad Apostolides (Panther).
Izotsha wishes these leaders well in leading their respective houses in sport this year.
The school is hosting its annual High School Fair on Thursday, February 22 from 17:00 to 19:00. All Grade 6 and 7 learners from any school, together with their parents, are invited to attend this event where local high schools and those from further afield, display their wares.
It is always a most informative evening that can help both learners and parents decide where to apply for their high school years.
