Swimmers break records at Margate Primary
The weather was magnificent for the swimming, but rather hot for everyone else not in the water!
All assessments and sports fixtures are now completed for the term at Margate Primary.
Things are winding down with everyone looking forward to the holiday.
The inter-house swimming gala took place last week. The weather was magnificent for the swimming, but rather hot for everyone else not in the water!
Leal Frost broke two records, the girls U13 50m freestyle and the 25m breaststroke. Jayde Kleingeld also broke a record in the girls U13 25m backstroke.
Mila Mtshemla won the Junior Girls Victrix Ludorum and Hlelo Jenkins the Boys Victor Ludorum. In the senior category, Jayde Kleingeld won the girls and Lee-Marvin Frost the boys. The winning house, by a huge majority, was Hammond.
