PE Primary’s mini cricketers are winners

The youngsters are applauded.

Port Edward Primary’s Grade 1-3 cricket boys recently took part in a Foundation Phase mini-cricket tournament held at Southcity Christian Schools.

Budding young cricketers played exceptionally well, and it was a successful morning, with all teams winning all of their games.

The school is extremely proud of these boys for their efforts, enthusiasm and sportsmanship.

On the 25th, the learners had great fun with the first of many anticipated ‘Wacky Friday’ dress-up days.

The theme was to ‘dress like a teacher’, with some learners imitating their class teacher perfectly.

The teachers and staff also got into the spirit of things and dressed like schoolchildren. It was a most enjoyable day.
