Creston College celebrates learner achievements and new opportunities

Creston College also recently expanded its music programme.

Creston College continues to create opportunities for learners both inside and outside the classroom.

Three learners, Imraan Khan, Alwande Ntombela and Kiaan Reddy, represented the Southern KZN U13 cricket team at the recent KZN trials in Durban. Despite challenging weather conditions, the team secured a convincing victory over Durban South U13, with Kiaan taking two wickets for nine runs and Imraan claiming one for 15.

In motorsport, Boyce Wilkinson finished 11th overall out of 92 riders in the Silver Class at the demanding three-day Roof of Africa hard enduro event in Lesotho.

The school also celebrates Nate Beekman’s selection for the U15 KZN Tennis Trials in Gauteng, where he competed for the opportunity to represent the province at the Inter-Provincial tournament in January 2027.

Meanwhile, Creston College has expanded its music programme with the purchase of four new marimbas, enabling more learners to participate in ensemble playing and develop their musical skills.

These achievements reflect the diverse opportunities available to Creston learners to pursue their interests, develop their abilities and strive for excellence.
