Viva vervet monkeys

DEAR Editor,-

Having recently embarked upon a vervet feeding project and artificial feeding table, I would like to take this opportunity to extend my heartfelt thanks to the residents and staff of Mbango Valley Association who not only went the ‘extra mile’ but also very kindly and generously donated food and cash towards our Vervet Conservation Fund.

My sincere gratitude goes out to Sheppie Green Grocer in Marburg and Sanjeev Sewnarayan of Feed-Em for their continuous supply and variety of fresh fruit and vegetables and, last but not least, Sandy Burrell of Monkey Helpline for her dedication and total support. Well done and viva vervets.
