When is this going to end? When is enough, enough?
I am referring to the 10 year court battle report in last week’s South Coast Herald regarding Lot 3371 Margate.
As if losing the case in the Durban High Court was not enough, there was an application for appeal to the judges in Durban which was denied. Then an application for appeal was lodged at the Supreme Court in Bloemfontein, which was also denied.
Case closed? Enough money lost? No …
Now it is off to the Constitutional Court in Braamfontein.
How much more money must still be wasted on this case? Are the ratepayers ready to pay another fortune?
If it is another denied, what is next? The Human Rights Court in The Hague?
Just asking?
