‘Words seem so inadequate’

Dr Glass went out of his way and postponed his well-earned leave for my family.

DEAR Editor,-

I would like to express my sincere appreciation and thanks for the absolute dedication and care from Dr David Glass (gynaecologist), Dr Indran Naidoo (specialist physician), Dr Nevan Singh (paediatrician) and all the staff at the Hibiscus Private Hospital for their kind dedication during my daughter’s illness, as well as the premature birth of my grandson.

Dr Glass went out of his way to ensure that all was well even postponing his well-earned leave.

The nursing staff in ICU and the staff in neonatal ICU were absolutely wonderful and worked so hard with love, dedication and kindness during this stressful time for our family. You are all so much appreciated and without you, I would have lost both my daughter and grandson. You all went above the call of duty.

The doctors and nursing staff in ICU, NNICU and maternity ward, as well as the reception at the Hibiscus Private Hospital were absolutely wonderful. A BIG thank you to you all.

Words cannot express my gratitude and a thank you seems not nearly enough for two lives saved. May God bless you all. How does one say thank you for that? It’s just impossible. From a very grateful mother and grandmother.
