DEAR Editor,-
Last Tuesday there was a function held for schoolchildren at the Uvongo town hall. Despite the many refuse bins in the area, the children just left their refuse on the parking grounds!
No responsible adult like a teacher or parent in charge reprimanded them! This goes to show that this behaviour is acceptable from the top down.
