A very big thank you must go to the Durban Free Chapter for an amazing number of shoe boxes they have filled for the less fortunate.
Venishree Naidoo from Orissa Inn, in Umkomaas got the club involved this year. Thank you so much – you are all amazing!

We also received boxes from Lindy Suter and her bowls group, Sannie Snell and her Bible study group, Maureen Coetser and her Bible study group and lots of individuals have also donated shoe box gifts.

Remember, you are all going to put a big smile on someone’s face for Christmas this year.
Thanks are also extended to all those who have donated goods for our other initiatives.
The week ahead will be the last week to fill and deliver the shoe boxes to us.
We would also like to thank the Mail newspaper for the help, and to my Angels, what can I say… all of you need medals for your dedication and hard work this year.
I don’t think the public is aware of how hard the Angels work for the shoe box campaign, starting in July every year. I salute each one of you.
This year we even had men helping us paint boxes and wow, they really did a good job.
