OPINION: ‘Youth leader praises good deed’

This practise should be adopted by those in power.

DEAR Editor;

I am a youth leader in the Fairview Mission area (Ward 13).

In recent weeks, a message was circulated on social media where two members of the public, Lungile Sikhakhane and Busisiwe Dlamini, announced the donation of baby and children’s clothing.

The goods they offered were their old clothes.

The good deed that they did was not for any returns or favours.

As young people, we see this as good practise because it is something that unites the community and promotes unity and love.

This practise should be adopted by those in power.
