In response to your article on page 3 of the South Coast Herald – Pensioner stressed over unresolved Ugu account.
I have two unresolved issues – one dating back to May 2018 and one dating back to September 2019.
I have all my correspondence and documentation to all the powers that be, dating back to May 2018.
From this documentation one will notice that I have not been able to resolve both these matters.
I have felt that I have been treated rudely, been ignored and had no response, and had false promises in rectifying these problems .
In my opinion, Ugu and all its powers that be are not worthy of their positions and require a course on manners, consumer satisfaction and competency.
Comment is awaited from Ugu.
